This phase starts with pre-production, which includes: Depending on the size of your project, the remainder of the cost will be broken down into two or three more payments across the remainder of the construction phase. 20% of the project cost will be due upon signing as a down payment, and 30% of the project will be due at the start of the construction phase. We’ll send you a detailed project agreement with a scope of work, itemized list of costs for material and labor, the work schedule, the payment schedule, and other details of the project. Our team will send you a detailed proposal via email within three to five business days of the onsite consultation. We’ll arrive on-site to discuss your ideal deck in more detail, assess and photograph your space, and take measurements and notes to start building out a thorough design plan. We’ll also schedule an on-site consultation at your property within one to three days in the winter and within three to five days in the summer.
